Harvey C. Taub, MD

Dr. Taub attended Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and completed his residency in urology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Taub moved to Ocala, where he has practiced for over 15 years.

He has been Chief of Surgery and Chief of Medical Staff at Munroe Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Taub’s practice focuses on robotic surgery, prostate and kidney stone surgery and female incontinence.

Dinesh S. Rao, MD

Dr. Dinesh Rao earned his medical degree at Duke University, then completed his residency at Duke University Medical Center.

His areas of interest include minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic prostate surgery.​

Saumil Karavadia, MD

Dr. Karavadia has recently begun his practice with Advanced Urology Institute. After his graduation from medical school at the University of Missouri-Columbia,

Dr. Karavadia completed his residency with University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he served as chief resident.

Carole Gordon, MD

Dr. Gordon is a Board Certified urologist practicing in both Leesburg and Oxford, FL. She is affiliated with both Leesburg Regional Hospital and Promise Hospital.

She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and has been in practice over thirty years.

She practices general urology with a focus on women’s health and overactive bladder.

Mark W. Dersch, MD

Dr. Mark Dersch attended Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his urology residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.

He was born and raised in the Midwest but has been a resident of Ocala since 1994. His practice focuses on stone disease, BPH, and Bladder cancer.

David Cunningham, MD

Dr. David Cunningham attended Louisiana State University. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Urological Association, the Florida Urological Society and others, as well as our Director of Clinical Research.

Andrew Sher, MD

After earning his medical degree at Emory University, Dr. Andrew Sher completed his residency at the University of Tennessee.

He is an expert at minimally invasive ablative prostate cancer treatment, with interests in nutritional and complementary treatments.

Edward D. King, MD

 Dr. Edward King received an A.B in biochemistry from Dartmouth College and an M.D. from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He completed a urology residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.  Dr. King is a former Chairman of the Department of Surgery at the Ocala Regional Medical Center.

Dr. King’s practice interests include laparoscopic and robotic surgery of the prostate and kidney.

Richard Roach, MD

Dr. Roach Graduated in 1977 from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in Biology & Chemistry. He proceeded with a urology residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1982 to 1987.

He became a board certified urologist on 1989. His specialties include plasma vaporization for BPH, treatment of female stress incontinence and penile prosthesis for ED.
